Bio



Eric joined the GIF as a Web Application Developer in Winter 2015, where he is helping to develop the LandCarbon site. Before joining the GIF, Eric worked as a GIS Engineer at the Information Center for the Environment at the University of California, Davis. His experience there included working on a variety of environmental websites, GIS desktop decision support systems, internet mapping systems, and land use models. He also has extensive knowledge of systems administration and databases.

Eric is a Berkeley native and attended the Univerisity of California, Berkeley where he received a B.A. in Geology. Following his education at UC Berkeley, he worked for the United States Geological Survey and the Southern California Earthquake Center.
